2.1 Arvona is an innovative company specializing in providing hosting and licensing services. Our focus is on offering our customers flexible and cost-effective subscription solutions tailored to their individual needs.
2.2 The exact scope of services is determined by the respective product or service description at the time of contract conclusion.
3.1 The presentation of our services does not constitute a binding offer. Your order is a binding offer to conclude a contract.
3.2 The contract is formed when we accept your order through an order confirmation or by providing the service.

4.3 Arvona reserves the right to adjust prices for future subscriptions. Price changes will be announced in advance and will not affect current subscription periods.

5.3 Subscriptions do not automatically renew. To continue using our services, customers must purchase a new subscription before the current one expires.

7.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations.
7.2 Customers must keep their account credentials confidential and safe.

8.1 Arvona strives to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8.2 We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8.3 Our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
9.1 The contract term corresponds to the selected subscription period.
9.2 The contract ends automatically at the end of the subscription period without requiring notice of termination.
9.3 Arvona reserves the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect if the Customer violates these Terms.
10.1 Privacy and Security: At Arvona, we take the protection of your data seriously. We store user data separately and securely to ensure maximum privacy. We do not sell or share IPs or personal information with third parties.
10.2 Private Servers: We exclusively use private servers to ensure high performance and security for our customers.
10.3 Transparency and Fairness: We value clear terms of business. We do not offer refunds to keep our services fair and transparent.
11.1 Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
11.2 Amendments to these Terms will be announced to Customers in advance. If a Customer does not object to the amendment within a reasonable period, the amended Terms shall be deemed accepted.
11.3 The law of the country in which Arvona has its registered office shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
11.4 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of Arvona.
